Nice hotel with its fantastic wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Offers stylish rooms with stylish design. The staff are accommodating and kind and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is unbeatable and handy, 2 km from a renovated stadium. Btw, it's set in the fairly nice area.

Well-equipped rooms with coffee machine and a separate bedroom, for instance, felt like home. The location was best possible and peaceful, minute walk from Marine Building. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. Service-oriented and responsive staff who were always there to help...

From the moment we arrived, we were well treated. The concierge attended to our bags, the staff at the front desk were attentive, friendly and efficient and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our view overlooking Canada Place and the harbour was beautiful. We had a lovely dinner at the Grill, the restaurant at the hotel and opted to go out for breakfast at nice little espresso cafe located 1/2 block from the hotel. The entire stay was a wonderul experience!

Larger than average room. Ice delivered to room. Free bottle of water and free internet access (no nickle and dime feeling). Quiet. Good access to sea terminal, sky rail and shops. Lobby lift door mat told us which day of the week it was! Did not make use of eating facilities because of other plans.

The friendliness of the staff and the upgraded room. Was just beautiful. My husband & I were there for a convention at the convention center so the location was perfect, also. The maid service was impeccable. Really made our stay fabulous.
Liked everything about the hotel.

perfect base for exploring the waterfront and downtown parks
Plus, I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff . As a single traveler, I found the amenities, like the pool and gym, to be very well-appointed for staying active in between my explorations, but accessing the bar was a bit tricky since it was located a distance from the lobby.

The location is excellent and the hotel staff are very friendly and kind. We usually stay at the Rosedale Hotel on Robson when we visit Vancouver, however I love the hotel at terminal city club, so we'll switch the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. Miyuki

The health centre was even better than I hoped. The room was very clean, restaurants were excellent and staff pleasant and helpful.
No mini bar. Awkward having to go through front desk to access fitness centre.

Couple's nice getaway
Okay so, let me tell you! The health club was very nice! Had lanes in the pool and the showers were like a spa, overhead sprinklers, and adjustable wands. We felt so relaxed. Plus, the location was prime, just a short walk from some killer restaurants. Had the best sandwiches at Breka Bakery & Café, it became our late-night fix!
I mean it wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but honestly we didn't mind.
